Do you want to get the most out of it and exercise often, or do you prefer to start more slowly? At CrossFit YouAct, you have several monthly subscriptions to choose from: that way you choose exactly what suits you.

With a CrossFit subscription, you have access to all workouts, which means you can choose from the WOD, gymnastics, strongman, Olympic lifting or endurance every day. You also have access to our SportBit app, where you can sign up for classes as well as track your own progress. Finally, you may join our private Facebook group for members. Extra convenient: your subscription is cancelable by the month!

Free 1-on-1 intake

New to CrossFit or experienced CrossFitter: we would love to get to know you through a personal interview in our box. Everyone, regardless of age, fitness, health or athletic ambition, deserves good guidance. Our full-time and diverse training team offers you this. With all the knowledge on the team, a large and diverse range of classes has been put together, so there is always a class to suit your athletic goals.

It is wise to limit WODs to a maximum of 3 per week. This way you avoid overload and maintain the high intensity common in a WOD. You may choose to supplement with one of the other workouts, such as gymnastics or strongman.
