CrossFit timetable
Below you will find a full overview of all CrossFit training sessions per week in our CrossFit box. In addition to the regular Workout of the Day (WOD), we offer a number of speciality lessons such as gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, strongman and endurance. You can also sign up for a personal programme in gymnastics and Olympic lifting. In addition, the schedule also shows when there is competition training and the times of the introductory classes. Please note: due to the corona measures, the timetable currently looks different from what you are used to from us. This means that you can take the specialty lessons at any hour where ‘SPCL’ is written.
