Below you will find a full overview of all CrossFit training sessions per week in our CrossFit box. In addition to the regular Workout of the Day (WOD), we offer a number of speciality lessons such as gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, strongman and endurance. In the summer, we often expand our offer with running, swimming, and cycling training. Our range of classes is incredibly extensive and diverse! About 75 lessons per week from 07:00 in the morning to 14:00 in the afternoon and from 16:30 to 22:00 in the evening. And we are continuously expanding. At YouAct you don’t just do CrossFit, but we take you along with all specialties in the vision of CrossFit.
