Have we managed to get you excited about CrossFit YouAct? Would you like to know more about our workouts or take a look around our box? Please contact us. Of course you can always walk in during opening hours. Our door is always open and you’re more than welcome to experience our box.
You will find our box just outside the Eindhoven city center next to the Eindhoven canal: biking distance from central station, walking distance from the city center and next to the Eindhoven ring road. Our box is located between the Food Bank and the car wash Washin 7.

- Monday: 7 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- Thursday: 7 a.m. – noon and 4:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.-8 p.m.
- Saturday: 08:00 – 11:30 a.m.
- Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00 a.m.
