New to CrossFit? Then start with our onboarding classes; the foundation for a strong start.
You’ll learn the key movements, techniques and training principles so you can safely, effectively and confidently participate in every workout.
We offer three types of starter packages: the group course, a personal start and the exclusive start.
Whichever one you choose, you’ll always receive guidance appropriate to your level and goals.

Group course, your start with CrossFit
New to CrossFit or been out of the running for a while? Then our group course is the ideal way to get back into it.
In a small group you will learn step by step the most important CrossFit techniques, work on your basics and discover what really effective training means.
You will gain insight into where you are now and how you can best build on your strength, conditioning and technique in the coming period.
In addition, you will learn more about our vision, methods and the philosophy behind CrossFit so that you understand why we are so passionate about this way of training.
A strong start, a close-knit community and a clear plan forward.
That’s CrossFit YouAct’s group course.
- 2 group lessons, 90 minutes
- Maximum of 6 participants per group
- Every first Saturday and Sunday of the month, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Personal start
A program completely tailored to your level, goals and schedule.
Do you already have experience with CrossFit but it’s been ages, group class times don’t fit or you simply prefer personal guidance? Then this is your ideal starting point. In three 60-minute private lessons, you’ll work with a coach on your technique, strength and mobility. You will learn exactly where you are now and how you can continue to build in a focused way.
Scheduling sessions are flexible and can be completed within two weeks and the fastest and most personal way to experience the power of CrossFit.

Barbell Foundations
Barbell Foundations is specifically designed for athletes who already have some experience with CrossFit and have mastered the basics of powerlifts such as the deadlift, squat and bench press, but are not yet familiar with the Olympic elevators.
Want to get into group classes, but still lack the technique of the clean & jerk and snatch? Then this is the fastest and most effective way to safely build that foundation.
In two one-on-one 30-minute sessions, you’ll work with a coach on the most important barbell elevators in CrossFit. You will learn step by step the technique of the clean & jerk and the snatch, with full focus on execution, safety and control.
This course is only suitable if you already have experience with the power elevators. From that base, we will build towards the more technical elevators in a focused way, so that you can participate in group classes with confidence.
With a minimal investment of time, you will lay a strong technical foundation and avoid injury or uncertainty during training sessions.

Exclusive launch
The Exclusive Start is for those who want to get the best out of themselves.
With one-on-one training sessions and personal nutrition coaching, you’ll get the full attention of our coaches and nutrition specialists.
You train at your pace, with a program that is fully tailored to your goals, abilities and taxability. Thanks to weekly online contact with our nutrition coach, you’ll also stay on track outside the box.
This option is ideal for anyone who needs extra personal guidance; whether you want to invest in top results, recover from an injury or feel more confident before training in a group.
The ultimate combination of customization, coaching and results.

Course completed?
After your startup phase, you’ve only really learned about CrossFit. You don’t yet fully know what it entails and what it can do for you; you won’t really discover that until you give yourself the opportunity to progress.
On average, this takes about three months. During that time you get to know your body better, improve your technique and notice real physical and mental growth.
If you feel the need, you can request a Goal Review; a short conversation in which together we look at how you are doing, which lessons are best suited for you and how you can continue to grow in a focused way.
There is always room for questions, advice and personal guidance. Whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete, we will help you continue to build on your next step with focus and fun.
