The Freedom Hour is designed for the experienced athlete who knows exactly what he or she wants to work on. During this hour, you train completely independently and determine the content, intensity and focus of your workout.

Train what you need
This hour lends itself perfectly to targeted skill training, such as specific Gymnastics skills (think muscle-ups, handstand variations or toes-to-bar), refining your technique in Olympic weightlifting or to have the time and space for a competition or qualifier. Also, if you want to prepare in a focused way for events like Murph or HYROX, the Freedom Hour offers the space to train in a focused and efficient way.
Training freely, with a plan
As a gym, we have a wide range of materials, allowing you to facilitate virtually any training form or skill. To add structure to your independent training, YouAct offers free skill- and event-based programs. This allows you to work on progression in a planned way, with the freedom to add your own touches.
