YouAct Kickstart 2024
Are you ready to take your health to the next level? For the first time, we’re organizing a nutrition challenge specifically designed for our members to learn how to lose weight in a healthy way. Join four engaging sessions led by nutrition coach Kim, where you’ll receive practical tips to easily incorporate healthy eating into your daily life and aim to lose 5-10 kilo’s. The program focuses on healthy nutrition and weight loss: the first two sessions cover understanding healthy food and energy balance, while subsequent sessions address motivation, making healthy choices during special occasions, and strategies to prevent relapse.
Kickstart 2024: An 8-week program exclusive for YouAct-members to achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss, making a great start towards a healthier lifestyle in 2024.

Days and times: Wednesdays, 19:30 – 21:00 hours
Costs: € 197,-
Nutrition coach: Kim Noten
Language: English (or Dutch in case of a full Dutch audience)
Including: Access to an app for recipes, progression, and remote coaching and access to all digital learning material.
To ensure an optimal learning experience and give everyone personal attention, we only have a limited number of places available. The course is open to a maximum of 12 participants.
