CrossFit class schedule
Below is a complete listing of all the CrossFit workouts we teach each week in our CrossFitbox. In addition to the regular Workout of the Day (WOD), we offer a number of specialty classes such as gymnastics (GYM), Olympic lifting (OLY), strongman (POW) and endurance (END). In the summer, we often expand our offerings to include running, swimming and cycling workouts. The schedule also shows when there is competition training and the times of introductory classes. Our class offerings are incredibly extensive and diverse! Some 50 lessons per week from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm in the evening. And we are continuously expanding. At YouAct, you don’t just do CrossFit, we take you through the vision of CrossFit with all specialties.
